How JustOnAir handles requests from authorities.

Effective date: 6 October 2026

• We disclose customer data only in response to valid legal process.
• We disclose only the minimum data the request requires.
• We notify the affected customer before disclosure, unless the law prohibits it.
• For data we hold as a processor, we refer the authority to the customer first.
• In an emergency involving a risk to life, we may disclose data voluntarily.

Send requests to legal@justonair.com, in English or Turkish. Include:

• the issuing authority;
• the legal basis;
• the account or URL concerned;
• the data requested.
