# Takedown Policy

> How to report illegal or prohibited content.

**Effective date: 6 October 2026**

To report illegal or prohibited content, email **abuse@justonair.com**. We accept reports in English and Turkish.

## Your report must include
1. The exact URL or stream ID.
2. Why the content is illegal or prohibited.
3. Your name and email address. This is not required for reports of child sexual abuse material.
4. This statement: *"I believe in good faith that this notice is accurate and complete."*

Intellectual property reports must also:
- identify the work concerned;
- confirm that you are authorised to act for the rightsholder;
- include this statement: *"I declare under penalty of perjury that I am the rightsholder or authorised to act on its behalf."*

## What we do
- We confirm receipt of your report.
- We review every report diligently and objectively.
- We act on reports about live content while the stream is still live, wherever possible.
- We inform you of our decision and of how to contest it.
- We inform the affected customer, with reasons, unless the law prevents it.

## Contesting a decision
Write to legal@justonair.com within 6 months of the decision. A different person reviews every challenge.

## Repeat infringers and misuse
- We close the accounts of repeat infringers.
- We may suspend handling reports from people who repeatedly submit unfounded notices.

We act on removal orders for terrorist content within one hour. We report threats to life or safety, and child sexual abuse material, to the competent authorities.
