# Acceptable Use Policy

> Content and conduct that are not allowed on JustOnAir.

**Effective date: 6 October 2026**

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all content and activity on JustOnAir, including content from your end users. The categories below are prohibited even where they are legal, licensed or age-restricted.

## Zero tolerance
Content in this category leads to immediate termination and a report to the authorities.
- Child sexual abuse material, or any sexualisation of minors, whether real, drawn or AI-generated.
- Terrorist content, including incitement, recruitment, instruction, glorification, and content of listed terrorist organisations.
- Non-consensual intimate content.
- Sexual violence, sexual exploitation and human trafficking.
- Real violence against people, streamed as it happens.

## Prohibited
- **Adult content.** Pornography, sexual content, sexualised nudity, cam shows, escort services, and any paid sexual content.
- **Gambling.** All real-money and simulated gambling: casino, betting, lotteries, crypto and skin gambling, prediction markets, and any promotion of or affiliate links to gambling.
- **Extremism and hate.** Promotion of violence, or of hatred against protected groups.
- **Intellectual property infringement.** Unauthorised rebroadcasting of channels, sports, events, films or series, including IPTV and restreaming.
- **Fraud.** Scams, phishing and impersonation.
- **Illegal goods and services.** Including drugs, weapons and explosives.
- **Harassment and doxxing.** Including covert recording of people.
- **Promotion of self-harm.**
- **Gore and animal cruelty.**
- **Other illegal content.** Anything illegal under EU law or Turkish law.

Non-sexual nudity in clearly medical or educational content is allowed. So is non-sexualised sportswear.

## Technical abuse
- Using the Service for anything other than video delivery.
- Malware.
- Circumventing limits or security measures.
- Generating artificial traffic.
- Testing or attacking the Service without our permission.

## Your obligations
- Apply rules at least as strict as these to your end users, and enforce them.
- Act on our notices within 1 hour for zero-tolerance content and live streams, and within 24 hours for everything else.

## Enforcement
We may remove content, end streams, and suspend or close accounts, without prior notice where necessary.
